Toshiba unveiled the ultra-thin 25.7cm (10.1'') AT200 tablet with a thickness of only 7.7mm and a weight of just 558g giving some real competition to Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. The 10.1-inch tablet has a resolution of 1,280 x 800 and is powered by a TI OMAP 4430 processor at 1.2GHz and runs on Android 3.2 (Honeycomb). There’s a 5MP camera at the back and 2MP at front and promised up to 8 hours battery life.
